Solution
Designed and implemented a domain-adaptive RAG architecture that ingests cloud-specific content, generates embeddings, performs hybrid/semantic retrieval, and uses generative AI to produce context-aware responses.

InfraGPT – Azure Operations Assistant

Problem
Support engineers often spend considerable time searching SOPs, RCA documents, and operational knowledge during incidents, increasing troubleshooting time and dependency on senior engineers.
Solution
Built an AI-powered Azure Operations Assistant using RAG to retrieve relevant information from SOP and RCA documents and provide contextual troubleshooting guidance to L1/L2 engineers.
